Rabbit Hole is a free daily word puzzle. This page explains what data is collected and how it is used.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the game is used. This is cookie-free and collects no personal data. Information collected includes: page views, general location (country level), browser type, and device type. No individual user is identified or tracked across sessions or sites.
When you complete or give up a puzzle, an anonymous event is recorded containing: the date, number of hops taken, hop types used (rhyme/synonym/antonym), and number of Reveals used. No account, IP address, or other identifying information is stored alongside this data. It is used only to understand puzzle difficulty and game balance.
Your personal scores, streaks, and completed puzzle history are stored in your browser's localStorage. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data will remove it.
